Lightroom Classic no longer opens - always stops at "Reading presets".

Try granting LR Full Disk Access:

While that issue seems to be about Mac OS 12.3.1, I wonder if Apple made a similar change in security to 11.6.6.  It's quick to try and harmless otherwise.  Let us know whether that fixes the problem.
