Lightroom classik does not load on the second computer

I have a plan for photographers, lightroom runs normally on one computer, it can't run on the second one. What could be the problem

I assume that you installed the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (ACCDA) on that second computer. How else would you be able to install LrC if not.

In ACCDA are you signed in on that second computer?

yes, I installed ACCDA, downloaded PH, Lightroom classic through it

Oh, and second computer, what OS?

the first MAC computer, lightroom and PH are running on it, the second Windows computer, PH starts and works fine, but Lightroom does not start, I click open, the closing wheel turns for 2 seconds, then nothing happens

Perhaps a bit of syntax cleanup to keep us picky ones happy. PS not PH, and Lightroom Classic (LrC), not Lightroom (Lr), stating Lightroom (Lr) implies the Cloudy version.

As to the LrC vs Lr issue, blame Adobe marketing.

Also, so 2 computers, did you copy the catalog from the MAC to the Windows PX? If so, did that include the contents of the folder that catalog is in? And, if so, had that catalog crashed just before that?
