Lightroom Classis 9.2 Available Update wont exe4cute

I am running Lightroom Classic version 9.2 release on macOS Mojave 10.14.6. Creative Cloud says there is an available update 10.4  but it wont do a thing besides say "waiting". My 2015 IMac might not have the horsepower to go on.  Any help is appreciated if there is a solution with my current machine. I am getting the "syncing error" I presume with the mobile version I have on my Iphone 11 Pro 15.6.1

Lightroom-Classic (now at v11.5) requires Mac 10.15 or later.
