After PS edition and saved as a PSD format, Lightroom deleted the PSD file automatically after a while, why is this happening?

You have to give more information. I have never heard or read any confirmed report that Lightroom can delete images all by itself like this. Describe step by step what you did andcwhat happened.

I use the Lightroom as my catalog photos, I do some light corrections and the I send the RAW files to PS using PSD format. On PS i do some editing process, liquify, clone stamp, etc. and then I close the photo and come back to LR, on lightroom I only mark the edited photos with 5 stars and then I go fo another photo. but after a while LR disappear the PSD file from the catalog and algo from my hard drive randomly.

I'm sorry, but I find this very hard to believe. In all the years I have been teaching people Photoshop and Lightroom (starting with Lightroom 1) I have never heard anything like this. Where are these psd files stored? Are they in some synced folder like Dropbox? And how do you conclude they disappeared from Lightroom? Did you see a file disappear before you own eyes, or is it that you cannot find them anymore after a while? Is that after a restart? Any chance that you opened an old catalog if it is the latter?

I think I know what's it's happening. I created an action on PS but at the end I had to change some commands to save and close the photo in this new version of PS, in the past I only used the command CMD-D-Enter and the action records those commands, but in this version of PS it doesn't record these commands and I had to use two commands instead, one for save in PS and another to close the photo, but I don't know why these commandas was causing deleting the photos, very weird, well I need to investigate more how to close the photo and recor it into my action, thanks any way

So some filtering may be in play. Have you made sure that Filtering is not enabled? If in Library Grid mode, any Library Filtering applied?

Also, what about current sort order, is the PSD file way to the right in the filmstrip.

And any stacking accidentally turned on.

This process that I'm doing it's the same for years, I never experimented this issue.

First, it's not only exclude from the filter, is also deleted from my hard drive

Second, LR is deleting randomly some PSD files not all, and all are marked as 5 stars

This is very weird. I started using this new version of LR since yesterday and started doing thos, could some one help me? I don't want to continue editing my photos and after a while LR is going to delete those files

Lightroom will never delete a file without explicit user confirmation:

You either have some sort of filtering, or a custom sort order so that the file doesn't show where you expect it in the film strip.
