Lightroom Denoise - Colorful artifacts and lack of detail

I have noticed for some time that this option has stopped working.

Sample photos using the noise reduction function ( 25% )

The preview gives a correct result, but final image is unusable and looks worse than original.

Anyone noticed something like that ?

Check that your GPU driver is up to date.

They are up to date. ( updated yesterday )

It was like that before and after update.

It's hard to learn anything from your attachments, since one is 2485 x 1657 and the other is 999 x 666.  Next troubleshooting steps:

1. Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

2. Upload the raw to Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or similar free service and post the sharing link here. We can see if the issue occurs on other LR installations or is specific to yours.
