Lightroom develop on 2nd monitor changes the lighting

I am having an issue where I click on the 2nd monitor to display the photo in loupe and it changes the lighting after a second or two.  If i have lightroom classic open in library on monitor 1, click the photo i want to work on, it shows correctly on the 2nd monitor but when i go into develope mode, it again changes the lighting in the loupe on the 2nd monitor.  Anyone know why?!  I have a 4090 graphics card runing windows 11 with an i9-14900K.

I also notice a change in color when the graphics card is check in the performance tab in preferences.  It gives it a blue tone to the main image and not the loupe.
