Hello, i imported photos in lightroom. It should be 5000 photos, like in the folder. But lightroom indicates that there are only 4000. Does anyone know how I can solve this?

Were these (partly) raw+jpeg pairs perhaps? If you do not check the preferences option to treat these separately, then the jpegs won't be imported but will be seen as sidecar files of the raw files.

These 1000 images that didn't get imported could be "hidden" from view for some reason. Try all three of these steps:
Then if necessary use the Filter bar to search for one of the photos by File Name.

How many images were actually imported in the previous import. On my computer, following an import, LrC shows the images of only the previous import. To see all the images contained in a folder it is necessary to navigate to the folder containing all images. Is it possible that is what you are experiencing?

I imported the 5000 photos in one time, so there should me 5000 photos now.

I don't see how this answers the question: "Have these photos previously been imported"

Okay, these photos have not been previously imported ... how can you be sure of that? What is your reason for answer NO?
