Lightroom edit in photoshop (ctrl+E) will not open raw files. Photoshop launches, but no image. Works fine with other files like jpg and Tiff . It has been happening for about a month before and after update Lr 11.0 and PS 23.0

Try again, when PS launches, make sure the image is simply not expanded out, and just showing as a tab you can click on to bring up. If so, some setting in PS?

Thanks! I did check that. It does open jpg and tiff files just fine. Just not raw files for some reason.

You might want to try reseting the PS preferences, and resetting the LrC preference file.  Warning, various settings will reset to defaults
