Lightroom Enhance Unavailable

I'm getting two different error messages when I try to use Lightroom's Enhance tool to AI Denoise my images. I've used this for hundreds of photos and it's never been an issue before, but I am now getting messages about "unsupported hardware" and incompatibility with the photo format (I'm editing CR2s and CR3s). I've attached screenshots of both messages and of my hardware information.

Regarding this error:

1. Restart your computer.

2. If you still get the error, go to Preferences > Performance. It should show Use Graphics Processor set to Auto, e.g.

If you can't set it to Auto, then post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the Preferences > Performance window.

Obviously your M2 Max is supported. But sometimes LR gets confused. Try forcing LR / Camera Raw to re-evaluate the computer's GPU capabilities by deleting the file "Camera Raw GPU Config.txt" as described in steps 2-5 here:

This worked! I went to that folder and there was a "TempDisableGPU2" file that I deleted and then restarted my computer. Now it's working fine. Thanks so much.

Regarding this error:

I recommend deferring on this until you resolve the previous error first.

The error occurs when you try to apply Denoise to an image that's not a normal raw, such as a JPEG, TIFF, or a reduced-resolution raw format that some cameras can optionally produce (e.g. Canon Mraw or Sraw). These reduced-resolution raw formats will have pixel dimensions smaller than the maximum dimensions of the camera.

So triple-check you're editing a raw file by looking at the file name in the Metadata panel, and make sure you haven't set a reduced-resolution option in the camera.

And regarding this error

The in camera RAF, what size? the normal, or perhaps MRaw or SRaw? etc.

LrC AI DeNoise only supports the Normal Canon RAW.
