Lightroom export will not run win32 api error

I get this error message if i want to export a picture:

Win 32 API error2 (the system cannot find he file specified) when calling Shell Executive ExW from AG workspace, shell execute in Lightroom

Is there an exclamation point icon on the photo when you view the photo in the Library Module?

At the bottom of the Export dialogue, there's a section labeled "Post Processing".  Make sure the After Export drop down doesn't contain a blank entry.
