As title said.
This is an important filter for me, and its gone.

Is it something bad on my part, or others have noticed it also?

I need an easy way to filter photos based on orientation (Portrait/Landscape)

You misunderstood me. Look at your own screenshot. You'll see 'Develop' in the list of filters, which has submenus (shown by the '>'). At the top of the submenu list is Aspect Ratio. There is also a screenshot in the link I added.

It's still there. but you may have to scroll to see it.

There's a little arrow at the bottom of the list that you click to scroll down.

Are you not seeing that?

It was moved into the Develop submenu. No idea why. https://www.lightroomqueen.com/whats-new-in-lightroom-2024-02/

What do you mean? Filters in METADATA are only available in LIBRARY module.
