This is a bit of a weird one. I was importing all the images off my SD-card, and for the most part it worked just like usual. About 700 images on the card, half of which had been imported on a previous occasion. Other half was being imported for the first time. Suddenly I saw that an image I took almost half a year ago appeared in "previous import" together with the new photos, and after a quick double-check I discovered that one image was missing in the place where this old photo appeared. There's a decent chance the old photo was taken on the same SC card, but the card had been reformated at least five times since then. Other than being taken with the same camera, the two files has completely different metadata including different file names. I tried to import the missing photo again and could see the thumbnail for the missing photo on the import screen and select it, but when I imported I got the same old photo instead. I was able to reproduce the bug several more times, even after restarting Lightroom.
The old photo should not exist in the location I'm importing from, so I don't understand how it can possibly show up during import.
Even weirder is when I tried to open the missing photo through in Photoshop Camera Raw directly from windows file explorer. Camera Raw briefly showed the old photo for about a second, before showing the missing photo. I'm able to edit the photo in Camera Raw.
Does anyone know why this might be happening or what I can do to finally import the file into Lightroom?
I would prefer not to upload the file because it's a photo of a friend of mine and her child, and they do not want photos of their children on the internet.
I'm using Lightroom Classic for Windows, version 14-1-1. Camera is Leica M-P (Typ 240) and SD card is Sandisk Extreme Pro 64GB. I've been using the same camera, storage, and software combination for about six months and not noticed any issues before (although I can't guarrantee it has never happened and I just didn't notice the out-of-place old file and that a new one was missing).

Hey @Rasmus23260773omkx,
Welcome to the Lightroom Classic community! This does sound interesting. Would you mind sharing one of those images that we can check out on our end?
