Lightroom issues with moving, deleting,renaming files

what are the next, "beyond the basics" steps for fixing permissions on mac?

Having a new issue in Lightroom CC

Can't move files within lightroom
Can't rename folders
Can't delete from Hd

I'm almost 100% sure it's not a LR issue, but rather a permissions issue.

I've tried:

Get info - sharing & permissions
Running first aid in disk utility
Running Onyx

3. What exact Adobe program name and version. Adobe no longer markets Lightroom CC. Stating Lightroom CC implies either old cloud version, or even older Lr 6.Current program would be Lightroom Classic v11.0.1
