Vielen Dank

Welcome to the Lightroom community. I'll need more info to help you with this.

Where is your catalog stored? On the internal drive or an external drive?

Try taking the catalog backup to a different location.

You can also test by disabling 'Test integrity before backing up' & check if that works.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

There is always the error message:

Lightroom can't back up the catalog: Check your folder permissions and make sure you have enough space on your backup drive and in the main catalog drive.

Enough disk space is available. Choosing a different backup folder doesn't help either. Where do I check folder permissions? Thank you very much

You change folder permissions in the File explorer.

Right click the folder, choose Properties,  then go the Security tab.

To change permissions, click the Edit button.

You need both Read and Write permissions.
