New Here ,
Oct 27, 2024 Oct 27, 2024

Seit ca. 2 Monaten wird mein System komplett lahm gelegt, wenn ich Lightroom starte. Habe schon alles versucht, Updates gemacht, Finger wund gegooglet, ja sogar Windows neu augesetzt, alles kein Erfolg. Vielleicht kann ja hier jemand helfen. Im Anhang die Systeminfos. Schon mal vielen Dank und viele Grüße

Do you mean when you start LrC, the entire computer stops working and you have to re-start the computer?

Computer locking up and has to be restarted is always either a bad driver or a hardware malfunction.

You need to reinstall all of your drivers, and if that doesn't fix the problem, run deep diagnostics on all of your hardware.

So Windows OS, and rebooting when you do not want.

Bring up the Windows Event viewer and look for an error, likely a critical error.

(tip: you may want to look at the event sviewer immediately after the unwanted reboot, then you can look for events that just occured)

Also, you may want to search the Internet on "windows 11 reboots itself" but for one, see:
