That error, "Hemos detectado un problema y no podemos completar su solicitud en este momento. Inténtelo de nuevo más tarde.", corresponds to this error when LR is running in English:
"$$$/Clio/StatusCode/HTTP/Forbidden=We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later."
That error indicates that there's a network problem and LR is unable to contact the Firefly servers that do the Remove. In this case, it's likely that a firewall or anti-malware / anti-virus utility is incorrectly blocking some network requests from LR. Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Temporarily disable all the firewall / anti-malware on your computer. If that solves the problem, then add a specific exclusion for LR to the firewall's rules.
- Connect to another network, preferably one serviced by a different ISP. E.g. a Wifi connection of a neighbor, a coffee shop, work, or your phone's hotspot. Sometimes the routers in these networks block LR's requests, especially in authoritarian countries like China.

@diego_2177: "Memoria de GPU dedicada que utiliza Lightroom: 991,7MB / 495,5MB (200%)"
Can you verify the amount of VRAM on that GPU
Although, I do not see an Adobe document mentioning anything about Generative Remove and VRAM.
