Lightroom Mobile not updating after changes made in LR classic, can see changes in Lightroom cloud

I have followed suggestions I have seen in other posts, completely rebuilt my sync in LRC, force stopped LR mobile (Android), restarted my phone...can't get LR mobile to update any longer.

It was working a week ago, but recent changes I have made do not show up.  I can go into LR on the web and all the changes show up correctly there.

 

What can I try next?  Problem appears to be LR Mobile only (v6.4.0) and LR Mobile says it is synced and backed up.

Do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste here the first ten lines, so we know precisely which version of LR Classic you're running.

Updated to 11.0 and still the same thing, changes in Lighroom Classic are not uploading to the cloud.  I optimized the catalog, rebuilt the sync data, and no changes reflected.  Changes I make in LR mobile or web sync up, just my LR Classic doesn't sync.

 

Besides what I have already tried, what else can I do?
