Lightroom Photo's library - can I set them on other HDD without loosing the catalogues connections

If want to put my Photo library on a new external HDD, I have backup the catalogues on a sepertatre HDD. Can i copy all my photo's without loosing all my settings that i did in the past. In that case how, can I do it to start up from my new HDD lightroom classic again with all the connetions and settings from the past.

Any help is welcome
