- Your system info in Lightroom Classic? From Help > System info > Copy and paste the contents into a text file and attach it to your response.
- When the crash occurs, are you presented with any error messages/codes? If possible, please provide us with a screen recording of the crash. You can share via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another public file-sharing platform with your response.
- Since when have you been noticing this issue? Perhaps after an update to the application, the operating system, or a change in the hardware?
- Where is your Lightroom catalog stored? On an internal system drive or externally?
