lightroom preferences tab

as i look at other people videos, i see their preference tab looks different from mine. im trying to upload some brushes but i see for me to do so my pererence tab supposed to look different. i need help idk what to do to make it supposed to say show all other lightroom presets, under preset tabs.

It looks like you have installed Lightroom Desktop (Currently Version 6.2). You are likely looking at videos of Lightroom Classic (Currently Version 12.2) The are two different programs in the Lightroom Biome.
