I have a new computer and all of my Lightroom presets and brushes are gone. My assumption was they were stored with my Adobe account but I was sadly mistaken. Does anybody know how I can retrieve them from the old hard drive to the new one? I do have access to the old hard drive.

Lightroom-Classic stores (by default) all installed Presets in a Windows folder like-

C:\Users\{your name}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom

An exception might be if you had set the preference to 'Store Presets with the Catalog'.

FILE LOCATIONS

Search your 'old' computer/hard-drive for this folder.

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 14.2 Photoshop 26.3, ACR 17.2, Lightroom 8.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 15.0.2, .

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
