Lightroom problema na ferramenta

Alguém pode me ajudar. Estou com problemas no Lightroom Classic. Quando seleciono a ferramenta Mascaramento e coloco na opção "selecionar assunto" o Lightroom não detecta o assunto. E então aparece a mensagem "Erro inesperado". Como soluciono isso? É problema de configuração? ou problema de incompatibilidade?

Can someone help me. I'm having issues with Lightroom Classic. When I select the Masking tool and put it in the "select subject" option, Lightroom does not detect the subject. And then the message "Unexpected error" appears. How do I fix this? Is it a configuration problem? or incompatibility problem?

That error is usually caused by bugs in older graphics drivers.  Updating your driver to the latest version provided on the manufacturer's web site usually fixes these errors. If that doesn't help, then do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire results here.
