lightroom slideshow problem

hi

i'm having trouble with the slideshow module, iv created loads before and all has been ok, iv now selected my photos in develop module and clicked on slideshow, what happens is all the images in the filmstrip go dark as if they are not selected and at the side of the slideshow it says (no images selected) anybody got any ideas what it is its driving me crazy

You have selected to use "Flagged Photos" and it looks as if none of the Photos in the strip has a flag.

Either flag some of the photos (P in library) or switch to "Selected Photos" and select the photos in the filmstrip.

No it didn't, it worked for about 5 minutes then went back to 'broken' again
