That sounds incredibly frustrating. Let's start with the basics... if you go to Help menu > System Info, what's the Classic version number? And what's your operating system? Where did the photos originate? How long ago did this start? What did the support guys try?

Hi! My sversion is 13.3, my OS is Windows 11, and the photos, i have no idea - you cant even tell what photos are stuck in sync with this new version. It all happened during the update. Support guys noticed the web sync folder was suddenly pulling old photos of mine again, so i resorted my entire catalogue to make sure those photos were no longer syncing as i dont need them on the cloud really, and then for whatever reason, it hasnt cleared the last 140 to sync.

Believe me, I'm as frustrated as you are over customer support's handling of these sync issues, and that they're required at all. I don't suppose you have a Twitter account, do you? @AdobeCare on Twitter seems to be the most helpful customer support channel I've come across (once you get past the bot). They may be able to bump up the escalation for you.
