I would like to use Lightroom to tag and store my local photos to the cloud. Although Lightroom wants to duplicate my photos folder on my Mac and create a separate "drive".  Is there a way for me to get around this and just have my photos folder upload to my Lightroom cloud from where they currently are without taking up so much space on my Mac?  If there is no way around this, does anyone have any suggestions of apps that are good to add tags or keywords to photos that I can work on on my ipad?

Unfortunately, any photos already in the cloud and not yet downloaded to your computer will download.

I can't help with the iPad.
