Your question is not clearly understood. When you make adjustments to your image using Lightroom Classic the adjustments are automatically stored in the catalog. There is no need to "save" those changes. If you need a copy of the image with all of those adjustments then the process is to EXPORT a copy of the image from Lightroom.
