Lightroom will not open. Goes into loop and then quits.

Each attempt to open Lightroom CC on a Windows 10 computer results in my having to Log In.  After it recognizes the account, LR|CC goes into a loop and quits responding.  Sometimes it just closes itself.

Checked my account and the license doesn't expire until next month.  

So what's going on?

Restarted with a Windows update and several security scans.  Seems to be working now.  Hmmmmmmm
