Lightroom will not open

good morning,

I just upgraded to the newset version of Lightroom CC yesterday.

I just tried opening Lightroom CC just now and the program crashes.  It will not open.

i get the following message.

I have rebooted my mac

not sure what to do next

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Apple’s?

hello,  i was just online with tech support.  we had to revert to the last version of lightroom.  Each Time we updated to the new one, the programed crashes.  the tech told me to wait for the next update.

This is an Apple Crash Dialog - not the Adobe dialog. That explains why we don't see it on our end.
