Lightroom will not update unless mouse moves out of the window.

Strange issue, lightroom classic will not make any changes while the window is active, I can zoom in, change things and nothing will show up or even zoom in until I move the mouse outside of the window. This is the same in full screen or in a window.. This is extremely bad, I'm trying to edit some photographs and I can't work like this.

Have you restarted Lightroom, or your computer recently?

Yep, reinstalled LR as well as reverted to an older build even.

Does turning off the GPU in the Performance section of Preferences make a difference-change 'Use Graphics Processor' to Off?
