Restart the computer, see if the problem goes away. If not, you likely have a corrupted catalog file and you will need to restore a recent backup of the catalog file.

1. Submiting a crash repoert.
That screenshot is a Adobe Lightroom Classic Crash report. If you get it again,, you should fill it out, filling in what happened, what led to it, and filling out your e-mail address, then send it.
You might want to refer your LrC Community discussion in the text (include a link) .
2. Screenshots in Windows
Your photo of your monitor worked Ok this time. In this case it was a simple pop up screen that is well known. But in the future, pleas use tools on hand to take a proper screenshot. Your Windows OS includes that.
