lightroom 6, library mode,
slide bar and grid is not connected. if i select on the main desktop a photo, it will not get selected on the slide bar.
if i delet a photo on the main window, the photo which is selected on the side bar will get deleted....

In a first step please try to reset the Lightroom preferences to the default settings.
