A few pieces of info:

  1. I verified I have an original SN Key
  2. I logged into adobe and do not see old devices to deactivate
  3. I do not have access to the old PC as it is now years on the current PC with no problems until now.
  4. I do not have the desktop .exe file any longer and either want a link to download it to perm storage or need a solution without uninstalling the current install

     a. It was a pain to force the desktop install and now the cloud and I dont want to have to do that again

     b. I have many plugins configured and do not want to have to reinstall everything.

I need support to help me deactivate all old PC's so that I can use my  Key on the current PC.

Thank you,
