Loading on an old Lightroom Classic version

Community Beginner ,

Hi. I updated to a recent versoin of LRC and my old laptop can't handle it and I can't update the graphics driver to the required one. I want to go back to version 9 or 10 but the options listed for previous versions only show versions 13 and 12. If I click 'looking for older versions?' there's nothing I can see that's useful. Can anyone help? Is there a link? Many thanks. I'm using Windows 10.

I have read in these forums that if you contact Adobe support via phone or by online chat, and ask nicely for the download link to Lightroom Classic 10, they will send it to you.

Banging my head against a brick wall here! Does anyone have a link to V9 or 10 of Lightroom classic for Windows? My laptop/graphics driver doesn't support the current versions and I'd like to go back to what I had!!! Many thanks.

The one, and only, way you will get a version prior to v12 is to initiate a chat with Adobe support and plead your case.

Contact adobe support by clicking here,    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your ad-blockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

If you're contacted via email or private message, it's more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. Double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an {adobe.com} domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. Any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....

You already posted a thread on this matter (https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-classic-discussions/loading-on-an-old-lightroom-classic-ver...) and there's no reason to post another thread on the exact same subject. You were give an answer in that other thread, and you got the same answer here.

Please tell us if you were successful or not.
