Locked Mask in newest update of Lightroom

Why did adobe take away the ability to move and make adjustments to a mask once it has been applied? It is a huge inconvenience not being able to move a mask, especially if you are batch editing and syncing settings on multiple photos. Minor adjustments sometimes need to be made. Now with the masks locked I have to delete and create a new one for every photo.

Please share if anyone knows a workaround to unlock the masks.

I fixed the issue. I had to uninstall and then reinstall and it seems to be working fine now.

I should have mentioned that the issue I am having is on version 14.0.1.

Once you apply a “radial gradient” or “linear gradient” it locks it and you can not reposition it on the image.
