Login fails - unable to connect to servers

Help!

Gets trown out of adobe login, when I do log in, I get a notification of no contact with adobe server!

It has happend for days! I have'nt got any work done because of it! I am desperate here!

I have changed my passoword and logd off all units, to no avail. Please, does anybody have a clue or advise for me? Or an direct e-mail adress to adobe....

I'll help you figure this out. This seems to be a connectivity or network restriction.

Have you tried changing the internet connection? You can try temporarily disabling any protection, VPN, or antivirus programs that can handle how your computer connects to the internet as a test.

 

Try this:

  • In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.
  • Windows - Press Windows + R to open Run Dialogue > enter %TEMP% > Click on OK > Delete any files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.
  • Restart the computer
  • Sign in to Creative Cloud again and let us know if the error persists.
