Looking for a downloadable Color Charts in TIFF format

I'm looking for a downloadable TIFF file with color / gray scale swatches and embedded icc profiles for either Adobe RGB or sRGB. Has anyone seen anything like this? I could create one on my own, it would just be easier to download one if available.

It is in lab space which you can easily convert to sRGB or adobeRGB in photoshop. Note that in sRGB several patches are out of gamut
