Lost edited photos

My edited photos no longer appear in lighroom

classic on my laptop. Please could someone advise me on how to retrieve these. Many thanks Jeff ROWLES.

Are you saying that unedited photos are still there, but the ones with edits are missing?

Or do you mean something else?

Do you have question marks on folders and/or exclamation marks on thumbnails?

Please post a screenshot of the entire Lightroom window in Library.

Do not attach the image, but use the Insert Photos icon in the toolbar.

Hi Per, all the raw files which I've Imported into Lightroom are no longer available for me to edit. I've still got all raw images but I'm worried I've lost all my edited ones. It doesn't help my laptop is super slow and I'm not the greatest with technology.

When this happens, have you selected a folder, or a collection, or a smart collection, or a publish service, or  "All Photographs"?

Also, try changing the sort order to Capture Time.

Are you shure that you have opened the right catalog?

What does "no longer available for me to edit" mean? You have to be more specific.

Make sure that the Catalog and Folders panels are visible and expanded, like in the example below.
