Loupe Info Overlay Not Showing in Fullscreen 'F'

In adobe lightroom classic (windows), when I press "I" while in full screen view mode I do not see the photo information, while in windowed mode in the library the photo information is shown. Anyone else have this issue? My library view options are below.image.png

The loupe infos doesn't shown in the full screen mode. It works as designed.
