Loupedeck problems

New Here ,
Dec 27, 2017 Dec 27, 2017

Hi

i've just bought Loupedeck for Lightroom.

i've installed it but it won't connect or open. When i launch the Loupedeck Software it says that i don"t have Lightroom installed or an older version.

But i do have Lightroom 6 and it is running well.

I'm running it on a Imac High Sierra 10.13.2

I've tried the Loupedeck Debug programm too, can't find anything wrong.

please some help here.

This is the forum for the new, cloud base Lightroom CC.

Loupdeck says they work with the old, folder based Lightroom 6 or Lightroom Classic CC.  (Yes, Adobe has made a mess of the naming causing unending confusion.)

There is a different forum for the other LR.

But, I think you'll get better help from Loupdeck.  They have support here:  https://loupedeck.com/support/

Agree 100% about the naming issue

Lightroom Classic

Lightroom Cloud

e.g. would have been better IMO

Using CC in both names causes a lot of confusion.

I thought the old way was pretty good.  We had "Lightroom Mobile" and "Lightroom CC"
