I get a message when I put in my correct serial # to activate LR6.. We are unable to validate this serial number Adobe PS LR6 please contact customer support.

Customer support no longer supports LR6, so I can not get help from them.

I own LR 6 outwright, and it was working fine on my computer up to today, as now I get a message to retry activation when I try to open

Followed the lead of what this persons did below in quotes and resolved my issue. This should help others with th esame issue

"Hi,
I had the same problem trying to install LR6 on a new laptop. Turns out
you can't deactivate either from within LR on the old pc, or on the main
site. Had to get it done over a chat link (below) and the person increased
the max num of registrations by one, SOLVED.
Good luck.
