LR auf PC deakztivieren, der nicht mehr läuft...

Nach einem PC-Crash habe ich Lightroom (Mod: Lightroom 6) auf einem neuen PC installiert und die Ser.-No eingegeben. Dort bekomme ich die Fwehlermeldung, dass die max. zulässige Anzahl von Computern überschritten ist und ich 1e Version deaktivieren soll.

Da in meinem Adobe-Account die Installationen/Geräte nicht aufgeführt sind, bin ich nun etwas ratlos. Die zweite Installatioon läuft auf einem Laptop, den ich vorrangig auf Reisen nutze und also auch nicht missen kann. Da die Service-Zeiten von Adobe offenbar nicht mit Berufstätigen Menschen rechnen, habe ich mich dort nur mit einer wenig intelligenten Maschine unterhalten können 😞

If you can't deactivate a serial number you have to contact the Adobe support. Only they can reset the activation counter.
