LR Classic crashes when opening a .mov on MAC

When opening a .mov my LR Classic crashes.  It has been happening off and on.  I've tried rebooting my MAC and sometimes it works and other times it does.  I'm on LR 14.5.1 and OS Tahoe 26.1 .  I have sent report to Adobe but haven't had any response back.

Please update Lightroom Classic to the latest version (15.0.1) to check if you continue to experience the same behavior. If you do, you can try to reset the preferences of Lightroom using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/49GQmgd
