LR Classic MacBook Pro Nikon z6 ii issue

Hello,

I have a Macbook Pro running Big Sur (11.5.2).

When I try to import files from my Nikon z6 ii (RAW), LR doesn't see them. I can see them in Finder - the RAW thumbnails are visible. But LR doesn't recognize that there are files there.

The weird thing is that in the exact same version of LR on my desktop (Big Sur 11.5.1), I have no problems importing the same files.

Any ideas?

Thank you.Screen Shot 2022-03-02 at 10.25.01 AM.jpeg

Outside of LrC, in the MACOS, on the Apple Menu select System Preferences, bring up Security and Privacy, select Privacy, scroll down to Files and Folders, are Removable Volumes checked?

The answer below about checking removable volumes fixed it.

Thank you.
