LR Classic Not Loading

LR Classic wont load. I see it in task manager and have tried several things from this forum and youtube to try to get it to work. Any help. next step it to format my laptop.

Using Microsoft File Explorer, What files are in the folder your catalog is in? Does an errant lock file exist?
