LR Classic not syncing with LR

Please help me. I have the latest updated LR Classic and LR Cloud. I am trying to sync some collections to the cloud LR. I have turned on the start syn in the top right corner of LR Classic.

According to online videos I have seen, when I click on the menu next to the Name plate on top Left (where it says LRC Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic, it should also have an option to turn on syncing. It doesnt! It only has "Address lookup" and "Face detection"

Also, when I look at the for the check boxes next to my individual collections which are meant to turn on syncing of collections (and turn into double headed arrows) they are just not there.

Even when creating a new collection there is no check box to sync with LR.

Please help me

This is correct for Classic v10.3. and Mobile v4.3

(Video is out-dated! Only old versions would show the sync next to the Name plate on top Left.)

Please include the following in your reply:
A Screenshot of the info panel from MENU: Help/System Info...
A screenshot of the Collection panel.

Is your subscription currently 'financial' (paid)?

Are you 'Signed In' in the CC Desktop App? Have you tried a Sign-out and Sign-In?

The problem was simply solved by signing in and out of the App.

Can now sync to LR CC
