LR classic presets issue

Hi everyone.

The problem I'm having is that Lightroom Classic won't let me use presets. I can create new presets, but when I try to use them, this screen appears: “Downloading some masking templates. Please try again later.” And it just hangs there, nothing happens. I can't even use the presets I used to use.

I tried to restore the initial settings, but it didn't work (actually, I didn't really manage to restore the initial settings. At the end of the procedure, the Adobe presets that I had deleted did not reappear)

Has anyone else ever had the same problem? Any idea what it could be?

I searched the community and Adobe pages but I still haven't solved the problem.
