Seems like the SDK download links for LR classic are broken:

Go to https://developer.adobe.com/console/<id>/servicesandapis
Find and click on "Lightroom Classic" -> "View downloads"
In the popup, all SDK downloads seem to be broken. The latest download (v13.5) redirects to https://ioconsolerykerprod.blob.core.windows.net/adobe-apiplatform-prod-ioconsole-cdn/installers/lr/... which gives a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error.
