LR classic slowing down with the last update

I am having problems with importing and exporting files after the last update, files not going to expected destinations last lot appeared on a  different Drive to where itwas supposed to be , Exporting likewise problem has the defaults changed ??    I'm using 13.2 version  LRC all operations seem slower than normal Iwindows 10   mg  .32mg  ram sold state HDD.

I shoot sport on season to season Last year was easy and speedy enough, I don't know what has changed.

This is determined by settings in the Import dialog box under Destination (on the right) that you have complete control over.

Exporting likewise problem has the defaults changed ??  

Such as? Be specific. Make sure you have not changed the settings in the Export dialog box.

Give examples of slowness. Please show us the info under Help->System Info down to your GPU information. Has anything changed on your end, such as the camera you use, or the monitor you use, or the amount of localized adjustments on a typical photo?
