LR Classic Ver 11 Crashes Catalog

I updated to LRC 11 yesterday.  LR rebuilt my catalog, however, the new catalog is not working.  I can open it, and then it comes up with an errror as soon as I try to edit an image, and it says LR has to restart.  Then it has to look for errors, do a repair, it says all is good  But when I try again, the same things happens. Other times the error comes  just after opening the catalog, before even touching an image.  Below is the error from trying to edit an image taken from a cell phone, something I've done in the past without issue but maybe cell phone images are a problem with the new version???  Thank you in advance for any help.

Create a new catalog. Work with it for some time, see if a new catalog behaves.

Wondering if your pre v11 catalog has issues that v11 runs into. As opposed to LrC or your OS being the issue.
