We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and found no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s?

No, there is no crash report. LR just stops working (progress bar doesn't move anymore) and doesn't react anymore. When I try to cancel, LR closes.

Does Lightroom Classic crash and the rest of the computer works properly? Or does the entire computer crash and you have to restart the computer? Also please tell us how much memory your computer does have (the exact number), and the information in Help->System Info.

The rest of the computer works properly. LR processes the batch until 60% (or like that), then the progress bar stops and nothing happens anymore. The system monitor shows that no cpu/gpu is used anymore. I can wait for minutes without anything happening. No crash report. LR simply stops working. When I export the photos piece by pice, it works. As soon as batch processing runs, the error occurs.

Well I haven't yet tried 14.1.1 (which came out a few days ago), perhaps that is the cause, although I doubt it.

A more likely cause is a bad or out-of-date GPU driver. Please make sure your GPU driver is up to date — and if you have an NVidia GPU, check to make sure that it is the studio driver and not the game driver.

I just did an export of 100 photos with LrC 14.1.1 on my Windows 11 computer, it did not crash.
